Choose happy. Choose flowers.
If you have a busy working schedule probably you are waiting for those days off to enjoy your time. And guess what? Dubai has plenty options to offer. On this blog I will focus on two spots that I really love and I try to visit whenever I can.
Nature is something that I really miss in Dubai, or I thought I miss, until I visited Dubai Miracle Garden. Do you know this fairytale place in the movies or on Instagram that you see and go like “Oh, I wish I could be there”? This garden is exactly what you need! For only 40 aed (about 10$) you get to enjoy a flower garden like nowhere else. Feel free to walk around and take plenty of photos, pose with your besties or chill in the cafes, the choice is yours. Due to the high temperatures, the garden is open to visitors from October till the end of May. It was launched on Valentine’s Day in 2013, what a memorable flower date!
It’s no surprise that like many other wonders in Dubai it holds the Guinness Record for the world’s largest flower arrangement. It features over 109 millions flowers, wow! I bet you will make hundreds of pictures in this colorful paradise, the structures covered with flowers are simply breathtaking. One of the best, if I have to choose, is the big Airbus A380 super jumbo plane, made entirely from flowers! Yes, real flowers.
We spent around 2 hours wandering through the garden, went back and forth, queued in line to take photos from the best spots, and after we filled our phones with flowers, it was time to head out Downtown for some cocktails.
Taxi is not a problem here, there are plenty of them waiting in front of the entrance. Get one and tell him to take you to Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road. The ride will be approximately 20 minutes and will cost around 10$.

Level 43 is the place you are looking for. 155 meters above ground, this open air terrace sits 43 floors high, right above this busy main road. The 360 panoramic view of Dubai’s skyline is something to die for! I’m not joking, there is not a single person that’s been there and left unsatisfied.
You can visit the pool bar by day or the cozy lounge by night. I would highly recommend to go around 5 pm, order your favorite cocktails, beers, gin & tonics and wait for the perfect sunset. Very relaxed atmosphere that gives its visitors the Wow feeling they’re looking for. Don’t miss the happy hour from 6 pm – 8 pm, and if you love sushi, this rooftop bar would be an amazing choice!
A great escape from your daily routine, don’t forget to enjoy life!
